If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your peace of mind. This return policy is provided in accordance with Canadian consumer protection standards and is offered in addition to any statutory rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act (Ontario) or other applicable provincial or federal law.

Return Eligibility

Products purchased from xlaxyronstrphep.world may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Sealed products must remain sealed
  • Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Products must not show signs of damage caused by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of gardening products, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened seed packets
  • Bulbs that have been planted or stored improperly
  • Perishable items or live plants
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  • Pack items securely in original packaging when possible
  • Ship the items to the address provided by our team

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment in the same currency (CAD) unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Canadian or provincial consumer protection law where the product is defective or does not conform to the contract.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our team. We will arrange the exchange once we confirm item availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damaged items for our records.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50 CAD.
